I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of counseling experience. I have a graduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University, earned in 2010. As a mother of two, I understand the challenges and joys of pregnancy and family nutrition. I specialize in working with clients through the critical early life stage, also known as the first 1000 days, which includes pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and the first two years of a child's life. I also have a focus on helping women manage Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Menopause, and PMS through tailored dietary plans.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of experience. Personally, I was born into a family of strong women who had a long history of obesity, chronic diseases, infertility issues, metabolic issues, and hormonal imbalances. I was also diagnosed with PCOS at the age of seventeen, and was told that it was very unlikely I would ever be able to balance my own hormones. However, with the help of a dietitian, I was in fact able to successfully stabilize my hormones and manage my symptoms. I understood the power nutrition could have on one's health, and I discovered my passion! My specialties include weight management, pediatric nutrition, grant and policy work, nutrition research, clinical nutrition, and individual nutrition counseling. I have lectured widely on various nutrition topics including pediatrics, weight management, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and nutrition for people with disabilities. I have also an active contributor in the nutrition community, working closely with multiple local and national organizations to improve community wellness and nutrition education in the US.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with over 5 years of counseling experience. Personally, my mother inspired me to become a dietitian. My whole life, I watched her yo-yo diet, exercise to burn, and develop a terrible relationship with food. I lost my mother to cancer when she was only 47. I learned that life is like a vapor, gone too fast. I hope to help individuals end the yo-yo, start enjoying life, build a level of fitness they can be proud of, and as a result be all that they were intended to be. I personally enjoy running very much, and will be training for my next PR soon! I specialize in working with clients looking to manage their weight, enhance their body composition (fat loss and muscle gain), optimize athletic performance, and improve their overall wellness.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of counseling experience, a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, and certifications in sports nutrition as well as strength and conditioning. My inspiration to become a dietitian really came from my athletic background and love of food. I am a black belt in marital arts and grew up very athletic. To this day, I am an avid weightlifter and will be competing in a body building show soon. Additionally, health concerns run in my family - including Hashimoto’s disease, food allergies, hormone disruptions, early onset menopause and hypogonadism. Many people have a hard time with weight loss with these conditions, but I can tell you it is not impossible. As a dietitian, I specialize in working with clients who have been looking to feel and do their best. This can be by losing weight, improving performance or decreasing symptoms of an illness such as an autoimmune disease or diabetes. In my sports dietetics career, I have worked with a VERY wide variety of athletes, both professional and amateur including MMA, boxing, football, hockey, triathlon, marathon, and many others.
